Craft Beer
Craft beer is usually produced in small batches, typically less than large commercial breweries, and is often independently owned. Unlike commercial beers which are pasteurized, most craft beers are not pasteurized to retain the flavours of the ingredients used in the brewing process. Craft beers are generally perceived and marketed as having an emphasis on enthusiasm, new flavours, and varied brewing techniques.
